I'm a postdoctoral researcher at Maynooth University with a background in psychology (neuropsychology, rehabilitation psychology, health). I am also currently lecturing in psychology for the Department of Occupational Therapy in Trinity College Dublin.

- CAPTAIN Coach Assistant via Projected and Tangible Interface: coaching system to support health behaviour, delivered by augmented reality. Role: Contribute to development of the coach and the cognitive training programme, facilitate user (participatory design) workshops/focus groups.

- a systematic review of the influence of deinsitutionalization of people with intellectual disabilities on quality of life and costs;
- an evaluation of the introduction of Schwartz Rounds for healthcare professionals in Ireland, and;
- analysis of longitudinal data for the Intellectual Disability Supplement to the Irish Longitudinal Study on Ageing (IDS-TILDA).
PhD Research
My recently completed PhD research examined neuropsychological functioning and prosthetic and psychosocial rehabilitation outcomes in people with lower limb amputations.

Previous work includes involvement in research projects relating to 1) healthcare experiences and decision-making of parents of children with life-limiting conditions, and 2) social anxiety in sexual minorities.
